We love design, menu selection, and focusing on Southern hospitality to make every event unique. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a Meet and Greet virtual call via Zoom. Prior to the call, the potential client will receive an electronic brochure outling our service offerings. After the initial consultation, we share a quote. If the quote is approved, we then create a professional services agreement and obtain 50 percent deposit to secure the date on Joan Day Weddings' calendar. Then we begin service, per the agreement and service retained.

Joan Day Weddings, LLC is a professional event and wedding planning firm located in Columbia, South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina. Joan Day has been in the wedding industry since 2007, and planning events since 1996. Joan Day has a strong background in event management, logistics, and hospitality. She has planned numerous conferences, weekend weddings, private socials and fundraisers, as well as business launches.

We work with a select number of couples, per year, to deliver excellence and quality to each client. Most of our clients have event budgets of $27,000 or higher. We will travel to areas throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and out-of-state locations, so please inquire as to how we may assist with your destination wedding.
