She was so responsive and helped us choose the perfect menu. I’m convinced she can make just about anything or any vision come true. I wanted a shrimp and grits bar and she did such a great job with that. I also requested her Mac n cheese, the absolute best Mac n cheese you’ll ever have. She and her team did such a great job at getting everything set up and perfect. I couldn’t have asked for more. Everything we had was so so great.

Each and every time I book with Trudy the turn around for quotes(very reasonable) and actual services are quicker than expected. Timing is everything and I’ve never been disappointed with a date, quote, or most importantly the catering service (the food is always immaculate).
