What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to be on a personal level. We like to know our customers needs and fulfill them beyond expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have many combined years in sales and customer service. Along with my wife's multiple business degrees, I have many years of experience on many different types of grills and smokers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
General individual services are currently priced by the pound. Group and event rates are based more on selection of products and the amount of people we will be serving.
How did you get started in this business?
We were continually being asked by friends and family to cook for their personal event. This led to complete strangers calling and asking for the same.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with individuals, corporate groups, weddings, and even a few musicians here in Nashville. Some more established than others.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I can't really pick just one. Whether we are interacting with individuals, groups, or corporate parties, every event has its own ambiance and I memorable.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get samples. Most of us especially in the BBQ world are more than happy to let someone sample our product. After all we are only as good as the product we produce.
