All of our food comes from family recipes. Our world famous waffles started over 40 years ago as Daddy's famous waffles, now they are Grandpa's famous waffles. All meals are cooked fresh on the truck. Our Pulled Pork is dry rubbed and slow smoked for 11 hours to perfection. Our sandwiches are piled high with pulled pork and topped with Jessica's blue cheese slaw and all placed on Jason’s fresh baked sweet potato biscuits.
