Olivia Chapin is the heart behind Vow & Vine Events a planner known for her calm presence, precise organization, and genuine care for every couple she works with. As a dedicated teacher in Keller ISD, Olivia brings a natural sense of structure, creativity, and problem-solving to her wedding planning approach skills, she’s refined both in the classroom and in real life.
Her journey in wedding planning began before COVID after helping her family member plan their big day. From that day on her love of weddings and planning events flourished. Through navigating budgets, vendors, timelines, and endless details, Olivia discovered just how much joy (and stress) can come with planning a wedding. That experience inspired her to help other couples have a more seamless, supported, and meaningful planning process. Armed with smart savings strategies, thoughtful design insight, and plenty of insider tips, she now creates elevated, stress-free weddings that don’t break the bank.
Beyond the world of weddings and teaching, Olivia is a passionate quilter who finds joy in patching and crafting pieces with care and intention, just like the weddings she plans. She’s also an avid animal lover and treasures weekends spent with her family at local DFW farmers markets, soaking in fresh air, good food, and quality time.
