Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We participated in Fortress Fest in Fort Worth Texas where there were more than 12,000 people in attendance. There was great music and lively costumes. I love meeting and talking to people from all over the US <3
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Schedule a tasting as part of your decision making process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Wether they want buffet style or table side service.
Have a good idea of head count, and what types of service the venue will allow.
