About
I offer very personalized wedding ceremony creation and my homily will reflect that value as well. I believe this is an important day as a marker of your relationship and I want you to feel as though I know you and have crafted a service that represents who you are as a couple.
I love the opportunity to meet people, celebrate with them during a joyous occasion, and offer my non-anxious presence to bring a calm and safe space from planning all the way to the declaration of the new couple.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with a couple to get a sense of the people and their relationship and ensure we are a good fit for each other. Once we establish that I am going to be the officiant, we schedule a couple of additional times to meet. The first session is focused more on family history, dynamics of families of origin, relationship stories, understanding of gender roles and marital expectations, and other personal antidotes that help me craft a personalized homily. This discussion also helps us identify if there might be any expectations of marriage that should be further discussed in pre-marital counseling. The second session is more focused on the ceremony and the desires for the wedding day experience. If desired and/or needed, I am also available for up to 3 pre-marital counseling sessions for an additional fee.
