3 Ladies Catering and Hospitality differs by serving our community, having up to date ServSafe Food Management certifications, and a advocate for increased employment outreach programs. We want our customers to enjoy delicious, unique, and flavorful dishes. We want our community members to eat nutritious meals on a daily basis.
What I most enjoy about the work I do is serving the less fortunate, and educating foodies on the variety of ingredients to make your everyday meals pop, and the creativity cooking allows me.
Our society has a variety of less fortunate individuals from homeless to seniors, and low income families. I just want to be apart of educating families on budgeting, stretching dry goods to make multiple hearty meals, and the importance of produce vs. carbs or other sources of junk food.
There are also those busy individuals who love food and are looking for variety. Many people travel to experience food culture however, with covid-19 they aren't able. So they call in an affordable chef like myself . It's my job to bring the flavor. Best part of my job is the shopping and recipe making. Then the look on my customers face when they take the first bite. Delicious.
For over ten years I have worked in the food and hospitaliy industry. Starting as a c;ashier, enviromental services tech, kitchen aid, dishwasher, and finally a cook. My experience allows me to bring the best hospitality to your private engagement. Not only will I create delicious and memorable dishes, but I will also demostrate service, cleanliness, and organization.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in culinary school at El Centro college for Food and Hospitality Management. I went back to school for a more formal educational experience however, I have many years of culinary on the job training. I have been a deli chef, assistant chef, dishwasher, food prep assistant, etc... I've done it all. Now I am working on my management skills to help run my own successful business.
I am also certified as a Instructor/ proctor for the National ServSafe Food Management certification. This makes me qualified to teach and oversee the exam for food safety. Which is required for all management and supervisory positions in the food industry.
