Two Silver Spoons offers great tasting southern style cooking. We pride ourselves on great presentations and outstanding customer service.
I'm a creative person, and creating is soothing therapy for me. Each dish I prepare is like a piece of art that soothes the savage best.
I am a passionate person. I believe in going above and beyond to give people what they desire. I grew up in business. I opened my own restaurant in 2010 after retiring from teaching. I served people from every walk in life, and gained best of accolades and praise that I am truly grateful for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Primary is discovery. Getting acquainted with customer, finding out what their desires and expectations are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BS in education, of which I taught for over 20yrs. I initially opened a catering business In 1995. Service private parties and weddings. My husband has BS in business development and a District Mgr. 25 yrs. for a major corp. and I decided to retire in 2010 and work our dream together.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we generally have a set system for each item on our menu. There are exceptions for items that are seasonal and those sold at the current market price. And the items that are special requests.
How did you get started in this business?
As previously stated my family owned a restaurant as I was growing up. As so with my Husband. We had long term goals of doing so.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked customers from every culture, and status. Those who are easy to please, to those that are very challenging. Everyday people, Actors, Doctors, lawyers, to the homeless that I have fed for free.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently catered and served full service 6 generation family reunion. Very Challenging! But very rewarding.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Examine the cater's presentation in character. Make sure they are capable and willing to meet your expectations.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Exactly what they're end results are to be. What they're desired taste for the food is. How they want the food to be presented. What type of venue, the atmosphere. What the budget is.
