Priyas service is very responsive & pricing is affordable. I had two minor alterations which Priya did promptly when I went over to her place, while I waited for 5 minutes. superb service with good craftmanship.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I just try to understand what kind of work they need. Than take their measurements and than tell them how much work I need to do to fix it and accordingly I charge.

I have 35 years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Normally I charge 7$ to 10 $ for small alterations. Otherwise depending on work I my time and materials.
