James F. Parker
About
i have performed traditional Christian weddings since 2001 referencing the same Scripture readings at every wedding while also listening to the Holy Spirit for anything particular to your marriage. I will pray with you and pray for you, seeking God's blessing on your marriage. It's always my hope that I will have a lasting relationship with you and your family by making myself available for counsel and celebrations. I freely give what God has given me, so don't expect a bill. :)

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer meeting with you at least twice you so we can get to know one another a little bit before your rehearsal. We will discuss your wedding plan and find out what your needs are as well as pray together. We will discuss the importance of the ceremony and look at Biblical roles of the husband and wife. I can help with orgainizing and planning your rehearsal, wedding and reception if needed. I treat every wedding with the same care, whether it's a large wedding or a small intimate wedding. I will pray a blessing over you and will be available to you years into your marriage to encourage and strengthen you if you desire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a radio evangelist and Pastor. I have been serving the Lord Jesus Chrsit since 1993 and currently serve as Pastor of 2 country Churches. God also uses me to lead men's ministries and speak at conference events.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My reference of Scripture is deep in every ceremony. I will refer to Genesis, Ephesians and 1 Corinthians 13 in every service. I encourage all married people attending your wedding to be strengthened in commitment to their marriage as well as yours.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have officiated everything from the small, intimate wedding involving 6 people to weddings of a thousand or more invitees.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My favorite wedding of all time was July 15, 2017. My son and his lovely bride (now my daughter) were married in San Antonio, Texas. The power of the Holy Spirit was all that held me together emotionally. Standing beneath a tree with a waterfall as a back drop, hearing the sounds of God's nature and seeing the joy on all the faces that day was the greatest blessing a dad can experience after that of seeing that same son's birth.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get a man of God to perform your wedding: someone who knows God and His blessing. This is not an average get together. Your wedding is symbolic of Christ and His Church. God has ordained the marriage of a man and a woman. He set it up from the beginning (in the Garden with Adam and Eve). A man of God will serve you and bless you, not only on your wedding day, but as long as you might need him.
