What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with talking briefly with the client to get a complete picture of what they are looking for, then we build a package that fits their needs perfectly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Luke is a Le Cordon Blue graduate with a associates in culinary arts. He has also apprenticed under two different chefs and worked at some of the most famous culinary institutions in the Dallas area including Hotel ZaZa, and the Dream Cafe.

We believe in customizing everything to the client for total satisfaction so there is not a set pricing system.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been a professional chef for 15 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients can range from casual families wanting fresh healthy food for their families all the way up to celebrities and socialites.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Every project is a special experience when every project is custom designed and executed. Typical menu creation takes 1-3 days based on client feedback. From there we plan everything out to execute the cuisine the day of the event to maximize quality.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There are a lot of home cooks that might have a couple signature dishes, but a chef can create top notch cuisine on a regular basis.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I can guide the client thru the planning process even if it is their first time with a private chef. As long as they have a open mind they will always be left happy and satisfied!
