What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide our clients with a free event consultation to determine what vision they have for their event, what food they like, what is the theme and budget. We create custom sample menus for our clients and can help with venue selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Vincent has over 30 years of experience, he is a six-time Telly Award winner and a three-time Taste Award winner.

Our prices vary based on food selections. We provide Buffet, Family Style, Plated, Food Stations, Cocktail Receptions, Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, and Dinner. We have menus and pricing to fit all budgets.
How did you get started in this business?
Chef Vincent started in the business in NYC as a young apprentice he has worked his way up over the years to become an award-winning chef, he employs talents people with experience in cooking, event planning, decoration, entertainment and more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide catering and event services for Weddings, Corporate Clients, TV and Film Industry, Family Celebrations, Sports Teams.

Chef Vincent has been selected as the Catering Chef for the Phillies Baseball Team for the 2020 Spring Training.
