My name is Eimaliz Figueroa. It is a pleasure for me to serve you and provide you with an excellent service. I have 25 years of experience in the field of food business. I currently own a food truck and we are dedicated to doing caterings as well. We do catering for all occasions. We specialize in Puerto Rican and American food. We make all puertorican and authentic puertorican food. Also we make american food like a mini hamburgers, macaroni with cheese, full roast and chopped pork (90 pounds), ribs and BBQ chicken, potato salads, macaroni salads and green salads, white rice, yellow rice, kidney beans, chicken and meat empanadas, meat and chicken tacos, bread and flan of cheese and vanilla (desserts). It also includes napkins, plates, cups, spoons, forks and knives.
