At Sapphire Catering we will make anything our customer wants us to make! I have regular menu options listed on my website but what I truly love to do is find out from my client what they envision for their event and their budget. I then send them several proposals or menu options for them to choose from. I'm also a full service caterer and bartending service.

I have been using Sapphire Catering for at lest 3 maybe 4 years now and have never had a single bad experience. The quality of food and service is impeccable. Mai Lan can work with any menu, dietary needs and has catered my events on site at the office and off site venues as well from small lunches or dinners to huge events with hundreds of guests. Formal or casual. I should also mention the quality of her catering staff. They are very professional and work well with any group. I cant say enough positive about Sapphire Catering and I continue to use them every chance I get. Really, I probably average at leas 3 times a month. My coworkers also use her and rave about the quality.

They are so easy to work with, so I can make sure my folks with eating restrictions have some great options. They have catered everything from a 20 person meeting, to a 150 person luncheon for my team. Top notch service as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first set up a phone call with them to discuss the event and what they envision it looking and tasting like. Then I find out any dietary restrictions or desires so I can ensure all guests will enjoy their meal. I will send them several proposals for them to choose from before sending out the contract.
