What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will have a phone or Zoom conversation so that I can assess their needs. Then, according to their need for pre-marital counseling, I will create a custom counseling form to help the clients with their decision-making process for their nuptials. I will be available for the rehearsal the day before.
