How did you get started in this business?
Have a Passion for service, Started in the food industry in 1996 and have stayed in it since then, after working as a GM for years and years, decided to start working catering and found that was my "calling", been able to help on the planning and executions some times is challenging but very rewarding.

All Types! Personal, Office, Corporate Events, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A Wedding with 300 guest, they wanted to have Pizza and Salad?? worked on all details and made it happened,
We offer a hughe variety of choices (Pastas, Pizza, Specialties, etc)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To look for not just food but service, every one can offer food yet not every one can add great service. Request to try different dishes prior to choose what to serve, a lot of times we go for the looks and have some disappointments.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
-I would recommend to find out if the cater who is going to be serving your event has the right credentials, (Experience, tenure,capacity, resources,etc) check for reputation and visit their place, you will get a good grip by watching the way they conduct business in house.
