We have experience in catering full service as well as casual dining events. We can provide Mexican, BBQ, Italian, Mediterranean and American Continental meals at affordable prices. We cater in the DFW metroplex and can do a dropoff or fullservice catering for upto 2000 guests. Our IN house venue, located at Southern Oaks Golf Course and our off premise catering division, go hand in hand. Since we own all our catering equipment for events, we do not have to pass on the rental costs to our clients who don't necessarily want to spend additional money on rentals. We have 25 years of experience of setting up, delivering and proving full service catering at other locations on time and working in kitchens where there are no warmers or ovens.
We have a full commercial kitchen where we prepare your delicious meal from scratch for your special event and can also do tastings and customize the menu based upon your preference.
A lot of upcoming caterers dont have a permanent kitchen or own their equipment and the client then gets the costs of rentals passed on to them and also the quality of food gets compromised. When you hire a caterer, ask to see their catering equipment and tour their kitchen and then only make a decision for your special event :)

We are very detail oriented and can plan a menu, do event coordination, and setups for your entire event. We can do all rentals, setup linens, and Catering for your event.
