What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to schedule a phone or face to face consultation to get an understanding of what the customer is looking for and to fulfill their needs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a professional certified chef with a diverse background in a multitude of cuisines. I have expertise in

preparing small to large meals, meal planning, event planning, and budgeting. I am well-traveled, with great

communication skills. I have a passion for quality, well-prepared meals that fit families’ needs, and also give a

high-level culinary experience.

My Personal Chef Services are normally Priced Per Person up to 15 . For parties 15 or more I can discuss group pricing

How did you get started in this business?

After graduating from Culinary School in 2009 I decided to start the Catering/Personal Chef business to showcase my skill set cooking everything from American Regional Cuisine to International Cuisines to satisfy every customer's culinary needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have catered and cooked for Fortune 500 corporations, Schools, local churches, Fire Departments, Police Departments, and everything in between. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

In 2017 I relocated to Toronto, ON and helped a relative create an Authentic Texas BBQ Restaurant chain which was voted in Yelp in 2019 as Top 100(#19) restaurant in the entire country of Canada (#19)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would say take the opportunity to have a virtual Zoom meeting to talk about your event and what are your expectations and get all of your questions answered. Make sure they are properly licensed and certified to serve you and your guest.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1) Can this person/company meet my event needs

2) Are they certified and licensed

3) Do you have past clients that can testify to your services
