What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How our services reflect on "Your Experience" are as follows:
-We assist you and design a menu to please all guest dietary requirements with fresh foods, full of flavor.
-We design an event form with detailed info per request with pricing.
-We email an Event Menu Description with pricing. Following that is our invoice which is easily payable electronically.
-1st payment is the upfront 50% deposit which secures our services for the Event Date and eliminates any scheduling conflicts.
-The 2nd is the final payment required on the Event Date. If services are procured within 7 days of the Event Date the entire balance is required upfront.
-We purchase all food, prep, and prepare in our commercial kitchen.
-We arrive at the location on the date of the event up to 2 hrs prior to the start time.
-We bring all our own Kitchen equipment (if applicable) excluding: (stove, oven, etc...)
-We bring pots, pan, cutting board, utensils, gloves, soap and sponge, etc. (if applicable)
-If plates, silverware, glasses, etc are needed, we can bring as well.
-We entertain, answer questions, food demonstrations.
-We serve, present dishes and coursed-out dinners or buffets, clean, pack-up, clean again, and we go.

How did you get started in this business?
My introduction to the Culinary industry in 1998 was through Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burger, a University of Michigan student staple. Here, the demanding, fast-paced, adrenaline-filled atmosphere was also filled with artistic freedom and expression, which touched a nerve that still vibrates within.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Public & private functions ranging from 2-800 guests, weddings, corporate, intimate, meal planning, brunch, breakfast, lunch, small bites, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are fond of all Events that the client is happy!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
