Ol Smoky Kountry BBQ And More
About
We strive to provide great tasting food along with excellent customer service to all of our clients. We look forward to working with you and or your referrals in the future so we make sure to do all we can to make the occasion friendly and pleasing to you along with being well worth your time and money. We have managed 2 restaurants in the past but decided that the mobile events and catering route would be better beneficial to our family. We are family owned and operated and treat our clients as family. I started out in 2006 doing events with my food trailer and in 2013 we started our first restaurant in our hometown. We stayed in the restaurant business for 4 years and then decided to go back mobile. You can view our facebook page by visiting https://www.facebook.com/olsmokykbbq

Check with anyone local you may know and ask about that business. You can even check with the city and get any feedback they may have. Check out their websites or social media pages and reviews.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have a certain budget to stay within advise them of that and it will make the process much easier and less time consuming. Know the location and an approximate amount of people they will need to accommodate for. Be specific and straight forward about what you want.
