About

**What It's Like Working With Me**

People often say it's a pleasure to work with me. I pride myself on being a hard worker, tackling every job with the dedication as if I'm earning a million dollars. I wear many hats and adapt to various roles seamlessly.

I graduated in the top 10 of my class at Le Cordon Bleu in 1998, but my culinary journey started much earlier. I was trained by my grandmother, first as her prep cook and later as her sous chef. This early experience taught me to prepare a variety of meals for our very picky family, and I have since developed a passion for creating vegetarian and vegan dishes.

My favorite cuisines to prepare are Spanish, Asian, and Mediterranean, always adding a touch of heart and soul. Cleanliness is paramount to me; I always sanitize before, during, and after meal preparation. Punctuality is another key trait—I consider myself late if I'm not 15 minutes early.

While it's challenging to talk about myself without feeling like I'm bragging, I believe it's important to share that I strive to keep things exciting and entertaining. This is one reason I became a chef, and it also fuels my passion for filmmaking and music. Growing up, I was surrounded by various music genres, with country music holding a special place in my heart due to my family's connection with Merle Haggard.

Overall, working with me is not just about getting the job done—it's about enjoying the process and having fun along the way.!
