I am also the Marketing sales and director of private events for tomatillos restaurant bar at Brooks City Base. I handle all the reservations and private events for the restaurant. My 30 years in the food and beverage industry experience is unmatched, we can make anything from Mexican food, Italian cuisine and delicious All American and barbecue dishes. I have a food handler certification TABC certified and ServSafe certified. I will handle the meal preparation cooking packaging delivering and displaying your setup whether iits a plated dinner or buffet.
