About
I, the owner, operator and chef, pay attention to all of the intricate details that’s involved in all catering affairs. The food has to be savory but it’s the personal customer that has made the difference for me. I had built 21 cafes located inside many Class A buildings in the past 22 years in San Antonio. My referrals are all by word of mouth.
I love to see people enjoy my cooking. Been doing it since 1989. I get all of my businesses from word of mouth referrals. I do everything from cooking to delivery so it's always done right. I think I am a pretty good cook. At least that's what they tell me.
I had built 14 restaurants. I had always kept three at any given point so that I could be hands on on the operation.
i love what I do. It's fun stuff.
