What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer within 24hrs. We work together to create a menu within the client's budget. The menu is finalized within 48hrs. We keep in constant communication with the client before, during and after the catering event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Darrin has a Culinary Arts diploma and has been cooking professional for 15 years.

15 years ago we were asked to cater a corporate event after that weddings, private events, pop-ups, business events etc

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We catered an AF retirement ceremony and we enjoyed celebrating the client's 23 years of service. The clients and attendees were overjoyed with the menu and with the quality of the food we served.

Make sure you are comfortable with the budget and the menu is exactly what you want.
