What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I answer your request via text or email and set up a brief call.
2) You go to my website to look at sample menus at www.jccooks.com
3) Once you have in mind the type of menu lets talk via phone or text/email me the menu ideas you want.
4) We always must talk then I give you a quote. 210-858-7293 (my direct line/cell.)

Trained at Mon Cheri Cooking School & Catering, Sunnyvale, Ca. 1990 to 1997
Opened in San Antonio, Tx. January 2010
Local references both private and corporate.
Staffed for bar, events and hosted parties as needed.
Chef Joyce also cooks for weekly/bi weekly clients and offers delivery of meals.
