I am a culinary graduate from Le Cordon Bleu college. I am a certified professional Chef from the culinary Federation of America. I have worked in Hotel resorts and Universal studios in Orlando Florida. I love what I do and my passion shows in the food that I create for my customers. I believe that my customers should get what they want and it's my job to make their dinning arrangements and experience a lasting impression.
I enjoy seeing the faces of my customers when they are happy with their dinning experience that I provided.

first find out how many people that will be present at the event. find out what type of food clients would like. are there any food that are allergies. what are the cooking arrangements available for preparing the meals. will the servings be plated or self served.

classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu culinary Arts with a degree as a professional Chef.
