What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intial contact through website, then an thank email to setup chat appt for more detail, create quote, send quote, follow up after three days, answer any questions, set up tasting if necessary and then move forward with retainer and Catering Agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both are certified with our food managers certificates. We also have over 50 years of experience collectively.

We normally price person depending on the menu.
How did you get started in this business?
We both started in the country clubs at very early ages and developed a love for food and making people happy through food. We love developing relationships with people. We love being apart of people's amazing moments.

We have worked with corporations, brides, grooms, churches and schools.

We just did a bridal show and the energy was amazing as well as the people.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To ensure that caterer cares, listens, follows safety rules and absolutely loves what they do.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What of type of food they want. They should think about if their budget matches there food vision. They should about the quality that they are paying for. They should think about the service that they receive from the inception of contact.
