Years of cooking with Granny was the best education and training. Also years of decorating for military events where details were expected.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on your menu iteams. The choice of protein drives the cost of the services. For example, a menu with chicken as the protein will be drastically different than a menu with steak and seafood. We can come up with the perfect menu within you price budget
How did you get started in this business?
It has always been my dream to be a chef. My dream was differed after I got out of the military, but my purpose can't be denied! It's my mission to bring unforgettable Cassie Moments to the masses.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals who missed down home southern meals to prepare and deliver their weekly fix. I've also worked with a wife to prepare a romantic meal for her husband.
Our company has worked with committee representatives on larger scaled family reunions, birthday parties as well as holiday parties.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event was a surprise 80's theme birthday party. The client's family and friends enjoyed the colorful decor and throwback casserole dishes but most of all, the husband was surprised. It took a month of secret communications and information gathering to complile the guest list so seeing it all come together was awesome!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice is to be flexible! Everything is fluctuating so decisions need to be made promptly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budget vs Reality should be number 1. Costs of everything is up so being realistic can save some time and frustration.
