I Typically Inform A New Customer What Is On My Menu For The Day. Im Explaining What The Main Sides Are & Their Choice Of Entree. Im Also Taking Feedback If I've Served A Previous Client And Their Purchasing Again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Most Schooling I've Had In This Field Of Work Is That I Took 2 Years Of Culinary In High School. Majority Of My Mastery As A Chef Comes From Experiences In Life As I Am The Oldest Of 6 Kids. I Also Worked Every Job Possible In The Restaurant Industry Where I Worked My Way Into The Kitchen To Be One Of The Top Chefs!

I Got Started By Initally Cooking For The Homeless & My Friends & Family & Everyone Suggested That I Should "Start Selling Plates" & I Did & From There, I've Since Then Began To Grow & Expand My Business From The Ground Up, Learning From My Experiences & Branding/Advertising/Marketing My Business.

I've Worked With A Variety Of Customers. Of All Types. We Are "Errybody's Kitchen" "Where Errybody Eats!" Companies From Camden Luxury Apartments & Multiple Properties Owned By Bozzuto Management Have Booked My Catering Menu For Residents Days. I’ve Been Booked For Personal/Private Chef Events & Multiple Baby Showers & Family Events Have Booked From My Catering Menu!

I Love Catering High End Apartments That Host A Weekly "Food Truck" "Pop-Up Vendor" Events For Their Community's. The Customers There Are Always So Down To Earth & Make You Feel Right At Home! Also, Because Their Home Already, They Always Come Back Down For Seconds! Which Is My Favorite Part, That's When I Receive The Best Feedback!

I Think No Question Should Go Unanswered. I Myself As A Business Owner, Tries To Answer Any Question To The Best Of My Ability With The Knowledge I Do Have & With What I Dont Know I'll Always Say "Well I'm Not Too Sure On That Answer But Your Always Welcome To Do Your Research For Assurance."
