What started as an exciting yearly tradition to enter our succulent jerk chicken in the local Jerk Festival, promptly became "Pure Jerk." We quickly realized there was a demand for more Jerk Cuisine that had been previously lacking, but people didn't want to have to travel to get it. At "Pure Jerk," we bring the taste of Jamaica to you. Let us take you on a journey to a small island that is not only famous for a "somewhat" iconic reggae artist, but also for creating traditional recipes that at one time could only be found there. This journey will require no plane, train, or bus just your tastebuds. Simple, fresh ingredients are used to create our spicy, mouth-watering cuisine. Using our custom made grill with indirect heat, food is cooked low and slow so that it is flavorful and juicy. So bring you're appetite, trust us you're gonna need it and oh yeah tell a friend. Confident? Yeah! Why not? Tradition its that simple!

What I enjoy about the most about the work I do is the smiling faces and bellies of satisfied customers. Additonally, I love sharing my passion and love of the west indian culture in any way I can. Pure Jerk all uses the freshest ingredients and recipes passed down from generations past.
