What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
send me the information/ photos of the items need alterations.
I work on new or newer items. Older and worn pieces don't worth spending money and time for both of us.
if item is worn one time needs to be washed or dry cleaned prior to altering.
I can travel for fitting/pick up/deliver customer in 10 miles charge additional 40$. If it's more than 10 miles apply different accordingly.
fees will be determined by looking at the pieces.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have engineering background so I use my technical expertise, and sewing passion and skills from my Mom who made dresses for me and my siblings. Since i immigrated to the USA, I had worked as a tailor/ seamstress for 15 years for The well known retailers like Brooksbrothers, Nordstom.

After working so many years for others, decided to work for myself, so I can practice my ideas and creativities with no company policy or restrictions, and receive better satisfaction.
