What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer so I can get a fairly good idea of what they would like served, how much money they have to spend or at least how many people they’ll have in attendance and for what type of occasion. I can adjust any menu to suit any budget. Once I have a firm number of guest in writing I can then start planning on a quote based on that number and provide the customer with a quote proposal. If it's acceptable I will send out a detailed contract that itemize's the prices.

To properly book:
1. Send message Via DM, Inbox , Text or email
2. State the Date and Amount of people (I will also let you know at this point if I am booked or open)
3. State what type of menu idea list you are interested in (Brunch, Dinner (drop off, buffet style or full service option, Dinner for 2's)
4. I will respond with proper details and price based on your response.
