We are a family owned catering company, the chef has an impressive background such as (Seattle Seahawks, Space Needle, Mirabella Retirement, etc). We are here to provide an extraordinary experience for our clients, offering locally sourced fresh foods. We also care about the environment so we will try to use as much compostable equipment as possible. Chef Demetrius is Serv-Safe qualified, has won many bbq competitions & has served many celebrities.
Everyone loves to eat and as long as you can read you can cook. The difference between a chef caliber is I have experienced many foods from all regions, I've sacrificed my taste and body for foods many people wouldn't try, i know seasons for fruits and vegetables etc. this is the art that I love and want to share that with my clientele.
