Coalescence Event Services was built from my love of bringing people together and making celebrations feel beautiful, intentional, and effortless.

We’re a full-service event company offering wedding and day-of coordination, partial planning, rehearsal support, vendor communication, setup and cleanup, bartending, event staffing, private chef services, grazing and charcuterie, and rental coordination. Whether you need someone to take the reins on your wedding day or simply need an extra set of experienced hands behind the scenes, we can step in wherever your event needs us.

What makes Coalescence different is how hands-on we are. I’m not there just to follow a timeline—I’m moving chairs, styling tables, communicating with vendors, solving the unexpected, keeping guests cared for, and making sure all those little details you spent months planning actually happen.

From intimate dinners to large weddings and everything in between, the goal is always the same: bring all the moving pieces together so you can be fully present for the moments that matter.
