What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are contacted swiftly and efficiently. I prefer to ask questions and familiarize myself with their needs before I suggest a menu. With a budget and their needs and wishes in mind I can move I to the menu creation and event planning steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the best culinary school in Washington state in '97. I have been working in and leading kitchens in all areas of the industry since that point. With almost 25 years of personal and professional experience in restaurants and catering and high end private chef functions in your own home.
