Well, I believe whats 1st in a good customer realationship is comunication. You can tell me whats bothering you about your garment, and I can fix it, help you understand it, or make suggestions. My store front was in the laurelhurst/university village neiboorhood for 40 years, with more than 5 of us helping you, on any given day. It was a great realationship, and helpful service. Due to covid, I now have a work space in my home to assist you.
I enjoy many things about my work, but have to say, whats at the top of the list is when a customer leaves with there suit, dress, pants, ect., in hand, they wont be pulling and tugging on there clothes trying to feel more comfortable. They will feel confident knowing there clothes fit, when they walk out there front door. I enjoy helping you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with you, is for you to call me on my shop phone at 206 524 9431, so we can communicate, [unless I'm helping a customer or in a project], and if I cant get to the phone, I will call you back as soon as I can. You need to leave me a message so I can call you back please. This is a ground line, texting doesnt work. I make appointments generally, monday thru friday, 11:30-5:30, but if that doesn't work, we can figure it out farther. I have a private fitting area with a dressing room. Turnaround time, we can figure out, when you need it, and task at hand. I can work with you on that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 years of helping customers with there wardrobes. I'm a master tailor.
