My culinary foundation is built on a variety of cuisines and first class service. I have worked at Puget Sound’s most prominent restaurants including Wildflowers, Anthony’s Homeport, Fullers and Ray’s Boathouse. After nearly 20 years of operating my own business, I continue to be motivated working with both new and favorite clients to create unique memories. I share my passion and work ethic with my family; everyone is willing to pitch in, especially when it comes to testing new recipes!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not use a standard pricing system.
Let us customize your event based on your budget!
How did you get started in this business?
I was inspired by my dad!
I loved to help him as he bbq'ed for our family and friends. I still remember the satisfied feeling he got when he served up one of his creations off of the grill. He loved the oohs and ahhs that it garnered from those gathered around the table.
And now its my turn.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone from an intimate gathering celebrating a birthday to large corportate events to drop off lunches.
We pride ourselves with our committment to community. We love serving mayors, governors teachers and first responders.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had the opportunity to do a fun event with the Future of Flight Museum at Boeing.
In lieu of traditional fundraising dinner, we set up 6 food stations, each influenced by a different ethnicity.
It was a fun, interactive evening. The break from the traditional set up gave attendees the opportunity to sample lots of great food while mingling and getting extra time viewing auction items. Win win for everyone!
