Chef Sami executed a wine paired four course dinner at the home of the senior leadership team of my client and everything was perfect. Not only with the food quality, plating and taste, but also with his interaction talking with the guests as he guided us through each course. He is very charismatic in addition to being a great chef. Being a retired chef myself as well as the former President of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College in Boston, I recognize great culinary skills and Sami is the real deal. You will not be disappointed.
