What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with customers in various ways via in person , by telephone or email . We discuss their needs . Types of food they're looking for. How may guests are expected to attend ? What special services are needed , are there any dietary restrictions? Menu items pricing ,
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Culinary Arts . I also have a Dietary Managers Certificate and Serv Safe Certified. I have 30+years of experience in Food Service .

I charge based on the needs of the customers. There are charges for setup, serve, drop off/delivery, charges are based on type of event, food types, sit down bs buffet style or the food truck .
How did you get started in this business?
I resigned from my position at the Nursing Home of 15 years and decided to venture out on my own. I researched food trucks and the rest is history
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with corporate employees in a daily basis. I do pop ups at various locations throughout the city. I also work with children, various Healthcare Institutions,Factories and foundries,
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently catered a church anniversary that I've catered for two years now! It's a pleasure, I also was a vendor at the Black Arts Festival on the Lakefront
