Smokin Jacks BBQ was established in 2020 and began as a ghost kitchen in Pewaukee, Within our time we have added a Food trailer and 3 locations before 2024 ends. We pride ourselves at Smokin Jacks with above expectations customer service from the staff to the food!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically attempt to reach our potential clients thru email, followed by a brief phone call. We typically provide a quote based on the information received in our initial conversation. We offer tasting and detailed menu information. Accounting for any dietary restrictions. When the quote is approved, we will contact the client a week before the event, then again a day before. We do this to account for significant changes, such as time, service flow, and guest count.
