I have been catering for 5 years & my catering business stands out because I offer a buffet of meal categories covering all different cultures of food such as Soul Food, Spanish Food, Italian, Chinese, New Orleans Cuisine, Urban Street etc. My signature fruit cascades and trays stand out as well as my balloon decorations that I offer if needed for your event. My compassion for great tasting food is very versatile. I'm always switching things up and keeping things exciting because when you think of Paradise you think of many options, you think of escaping reality for a moment. When my food hits my customers taste buds my goal is for them to feel & taste a touch of paradise. I'm really big on presentation so I also like for the feel of the food section to have a paradise vibe (ie palm leaves, kale & various greenery & correlating props)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I email them a copy of the various menu choices and an attachment of their invoice. Their deposit is due at the time of consultation for booking. Final payment due the day before the event.
