What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that each new client come in or call for a consultation so that we can determine what type of session will suit their needs best. We talk about location, whether it be in the studio, garden studio or on location. We then determine wardrobe, goals for the session and figure out the best time for everyone in the family to do the session and get it scheduled. After we do the session, we go into the sales room to view the photos and pick out wall art, photo albums and prints. When the order is placed, the photos are retouched, ordered and delivered to the studio in 2-4 weeks. If installation is required, we will go to the clients home and install the wall art.
