Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers, so I will ask a few questions about you, and then we will talk about your vision for the session. Once we decide on how/what you like, we then book the session!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of photography experience, multiple workshops, classes, training, and tutorials have been taken over the years. I even do outsourcing for other professionals!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing vaires depending on what kind of session you'd like. A creative session is different than a family session. Contact me to find out more!
How did you get started in this business?
I was gifted a DSLR over ten years ago, and fell in love. I've worked hard to fine tune my craft over the years to get where I am now!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! I specialize in toddler lifestyle, wedding, and creative shoots, but I love all people and their ideas.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just photographed one of the most beautiful weddings. The details, venue, dress - everything - was a dream! We had so much fun working and collaborating together.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
This is going to sound cliche - but you get what you pay for. Professionals work hard to make sure the pictures are perfect, and that isn't always the cheapest option. It is most definitely worth it if you find someone whose work you think is amazing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is your vision, and can the photographer deliver that? According to the photographers prior work, does it line up with what they want? Is the photographer someone they get along with? Do you want posed or more lifestyle?
