Willie's Food

Hello, my name is Willie Rivera. I have 2 twin baby girls that are identical and 3 boys that are 2, 7 and 13. I come from a lot of eithnic backgrounds. From Puerto Rican to New York, Italian cooking to Soul Food! I have developed my own style by bringing all these styles together in your normal foods by incorporating southern to northern flavor twists, Hispanic to Italian spins, making things from scratch. I am a fun chef who loves to rock out as he cooks. I get a long with everyone. I can adjust to anything and everything and make something happen out of nothing. Which is how I come up with my own recipes! I am your chef! I have been in the culinary industry for 13 years, working for applbees, waffle house, catfish cabin and Dreamland as a regular cook to managing a multi million dollar restaurant you know as Olive Garden for Darden Restaurants. With my background and experience in the culinary world and family of course, I have what it takes to cater your event. I can work any part of the kitchen from production to sautee. I do this for God first, family second and you 3rd. I take my passion for culinary serious and will be willing to go above and beyond to satisfy your event.
