What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when I am contacted via email, phone or facebook for services. I respond to potential customers asking for their emails to send service questionnaire to get a feel for requested services and needs. After questionnaire is completed, next we discuss menu and budget and any questions caterer and/or client may have. Once that's establish, invoice and contract is sent for review and to solidify services and date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in culinary school. However, I am a self taught cook who host lunch pops, caterings, private dining, and host of events and that has decided to further my learning and credentialing. I am a catering and food service business owner. I am safe serve certified.
