Hello, my name is Nigel Salandy. I am the proud son of Trinidadian immigrants. The father four beautiful children, and husband to a Queen.
I spent my early years, as most do, searching for my place in life, my gift that I can give to the world. After 10+ years in corporate hospitality industry. I tripped and fell on an extreme passion for brining joy to those around me through food. I watched and learned as I saw food fix broken days, energize the dead, and calm the anxious mind.
My company "Chef Salandy Chef Services" is built on the foundation of being able to give specifically what a client is looking for down to the smallest detail. We work to give people exactly what they want instead of offering what we have.

We had a last minute family event and Chef Nigel an amazing job. The food was great and his level of professionalism was outstanding. When it comes to food our family is very particular mostly because we have various dietary requirements, Chef Nigel exceeded our expectations in every possible way.
