About
I have had my shots in exhibitions all over the world, been published by magazines all over the world and am active in photographer competitions daily. I love taking shots that make people say wow, the photo that you want hanging on the wall. Seeing my shots published in magazines. I take a very personal approach to photography, take the time to find out what you like and what you want. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first contact with a customer is always a discussion of your needs, what you want in your photo session. Once I understand then we can agree on location and price. I do require a 50% deposit and the balance at the end of the shoot. All edited shots are provided digitally. I can provide print services if desired as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography is a constant education, I have always said that I learn something new on every shoot I do. If you are not pushing yourself to learn new techniques new processes then your not a real photographer. I constantly study others techniques, and processes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All quotes are custom for each customer and vary depending on time, travel and type of shoot. But my rates are very competitive.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved photography but my brother who is a professional photographer really is the one that pushed me into trying to take things to the next level.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love doing family and fashion photography and capturing that moment, but have won awards and been published for family, fashion and nature photography.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are getting an experienced photographer with professional equipment. Often it seems everyone thinks they are a photographer if they have a cell phone. But if you want quality photos and not just a snap shot look for a photographer that has experience, has been published in magazines and has professional equipment. This will ensure you get the shots you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Talk to the pohotgrapher about their experience, review their website or instagram pages... make sure you are getting someone that does the type of photography you want. A photographer that does amazing work in nature does not necessarily do a good job with kids for example.
