Hello there, I am Umilta and I am originally from the Caribbean, the island of St. Lucia. I have been working in the food industry for years off and on. I have now decided to make this fulltime. I have been on the mission to serve more of my style of cooking to anyone who loves flavor. I work out of a commissary kitchen for now while I grow my clientele.
