Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were able to record a short film for a cowboy that was selling all his properties and land to move to another city and he wanted to save some of his memories from his daily routine.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure to choose the right people to do business with. It is so easy and fun to work with passionate people but it will become a nightmare to work with someone that does the job for money and hesitate when you advise a change or you do have a specific request.
A good achiever is always a good listener.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They need to know if they know what they need. If not they always should reach out first for information or suggestions from the pros.
